By using this website or participating in activities associated with Mikey’s Legacy Foundation, you agree to the following terms:

Donations

All donations are voluntary contributions made in support of the Foundation’s mission. Mikey’s Legacy Foundation is currently applying for charitable status with the Canada Revenue Agency and is not able to issue official donation receipts at this time.

Event Participation

Participation in events such as Mikey’s Run is voluntary. Participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. The Foundation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.

Registration Fees

Event registration fees are not charitable donations and are not eligible for tax receipts.

Use of Funds

All funds raised are directed and overseen by Mikey’s Legacy Foundation and are used in support of its mission and initiatives.

Refunds

Donations are non-refundable. Event registration refunds are subject to the policies outlined at the time of registration.

Changes

The Foundation reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
